      I hosted a Broadway-themed birthday party where I went as Velma Kelly. I decided to be this character just days before the party and needed something quick! I checked local costume stored and they had nothing that was even close to Velma, and the only flapper costume's they had were around 40.00! I was really running short on time and options when I found this amazing store! This costume appears on several websites online, but nowhere was it so cheap and so close.
