      The online photo (as well as the photo on the packaging) makes the Dementor mask look very realistic and 3-dimensional. However, much to our disappointment, the mask is made of a thin, flimsy styrofoam material. The gas-mask style snout is non-existent. There is barely a buldge in the mask to create the scary look of the original Dementor character. At the beginning of October, I emailed Costume Craze to complain about the poor mask quality but they did not reply until 2 days before Halloween. We did not use the maks for Halloween - ended up painting my son's face so he would look spooky while wearing the black robe.

      I used this costume for a work event. It was really hot and hard to see out of. It looked good, after I cut all of the strings off and stapled the elastic back on that fell off.
      It also wehnt on sale 2 days after I purchased it.
