    The gold strips around the shoulder puffs are made way too loose, and look like they should not even be there. This item does not come as described, and it the tiara was broken when it arrived. Cheap quality for the price. Irregular fit. I thought I would treat my daughter to a good well made costume for once, I feel I was cheated rather than treated.
