I purchased this for my four-year-old daughter. She's in the ninetieth percentile in height. The fit was a little large around her shoulders and waist, which exacerbated the unnecessary extra material in the bust area. Otherwise it was very cute on her and she absolutely loved it. The length was just right. She is very picky about the materials she wears and she found it to be very comfortable. In fact, she wore it for an entire day at school, after school care and dinner.

I also purchased the girls white petticoat and dog basket. They were perfect additions to this costume.
